They are seeking a highly collaborative and insightful Social Strategist to bridge the gap between raw data and actionable social execution, focusing on transforming complex data into clear narratives and guiding social media strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Data Storytelling & Reporting: Transform complex data sets, dashboards, and analytical reports into clear, cohesive, and compelling narratives that highlight key opportunities, audience behaviors, and content trends. Fluent in interpreting first-party data and third-party data in order to inform strategy recommendations
- Analyst Collaboration: Partner closely with social analysts during the research and reporting phases. Guide the analytical process to ensure the final deliverables answer the core strategic questions of the business and social teams
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary translator between the Social Analytics team and the Social Media/Content execution teams. Ensure the teams receiving our reports understand exactly how to apply the insights to their daily content calendars and campaigns
- Strategy Development: Use social listening, competitive benchmarking, and performance data to inform content strategies, campaign pivots, and long-term channel planning
- Insight to Action: Review ongoing analytics deliverables to ensure recommendations are realistic, platform-appropriate, and aligned with current social trends and cultural moments. Turn data insights into 'creative strategy briefs' that tell our content teams what hooks, formats, and topics will win
- Presentation & Delivery: Lead the presentation of analytics reports to stakeholders, focusing the conversation on the strategic implications of the data and actionable next steps
