Sr M365 Migration Engineer

Provisions Group is looking to bring on a Senior M365 / Cloud Engineer to join their IT Professional Services team. This role will be key in supporting Google to Microsoft 365 migrations and providing ongoing client support across multiple environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Google to M365 migration efforts across multiple client environments
• Provide post migration support to a large number of client practices (200+), ensuring a smooth transition and strong user experience
• Work directly with clients to understand needs, communicate updates, and resolve issues
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and support requests at the same time
• Support administration and optimization of M365 environments including Exchange, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint
• Partner with internal teams and senior engineers on broader cloud initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating when needed
• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and process improvements

Requirements:

• Hands on experience with Google to Microsoft 365 migrations
• Strong expertise in M365 services, especially Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Intune
• Proven ability to work in a client facing role with strong communication skills
• Experience managing multiple tenants or environments simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and manage multiple efforts at once
• Sr level Experience with PowerShell scripting
• Experience in a consulting, managed services, or multi client environment
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think through issues end to end
• Someone who is self driven, organized, and dependable
• Comfortable switching between clients, priorities, and technologies throughout the day
• A team player who also works well independently
• A desire to continue growing in cloud technologies and consulting
• Experience with Microsoft Azure including compute, networking, and identity
• Exposure to enterprise infrastructure such as Active Directory, backups, monitoring, and virtualization
• Microsoft certifications across M365, Azure, or Identity
• Experience supporting large scale user environments or migrations
