RediRecruit Global is hiring on behalf of a client, a fast-growing API supplier serving the compounding and wellness markets. They are seeking a high-performing Senior Account Executive to drive national sales growth in peptide and injectable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard 503A/503B compounding pharmacies and clinical facilities nationwide
- Manage entire sales process from cold outreach to closing and account expansion
- Present COAs, cGMP compliance data, and regulatory documentation to clinical decision-makers
- Continuously develop new opportunities across wellness, MedSpa, and research sectors
Requirements:
- 5–10+ years of high-performance sales experience in Compounding, Specialty Pharma, or API sales
- Proven track record of generating $5M+ in new annual revenue
- Existing network in wellness, longevity, or concierge medicine industries
- Strong ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, national sales environment
