DBeaver is the leading provider of cross-platform enterprise data and database software, and they're seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team. In this role, you will ensure customer success and drive long-term growth through renewals and expansions by proactively engaging with customers and developing strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage customers to ensure timely renewals and identify opportunities for expansion
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and become a business partner within customer organizations to understand their evolving needs and align our solutions to meet their goals
- Drive key Customer Success metrics, including renewal retention rate, expansion dollars, and reducing churn, through effective relationship management and deal processing
- Facilitate customer onboarding and engage customers post-onboarding through regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), etc
- Provide ongoing support by working closely with the technical support team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve Customer Satisfaction Score, Net Promoter Score, product development, and enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role with exposure to renewals or upselling, QBRs, and customer feedback
- Strong background in building and nurturing customer relationships
- Familiarity with sales processes, including negotiating, closing, and managing deals
- A proactive approach to identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience working with database management systems (DBMS), database-related products, or developer-focused products
- Background in open-source technology sales or engagement
- Experience with Hubspot is a plus
