Full Stack Engineer

Figwork is building the infrastructure for a new kind of talent marketplace. They are seeking a highly capable Full Stack Software Engineer to help build the core product and technical foundation of Figwork from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Build and ship core product features across frontend and backend
• Design scalable systems and workflows for task creation, contractor matching, payments, verification, and platform operations
• Work closely with the founders to turn product ideas into production-ready systems
• Improve product reliability, speed, and user experience across the platform
• Help shape engineering standards, architecture decisions, and long-term technical direction

Requirements:

• Strong full stack engineering ability
• Comfortable working across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure
• Able to move quickly, solve problems independently, and handle pressure in a fast-paced startup environment
• High ownership mindset and willingness to build from zero
• We care far more about capability, execution, and judgment than background or years of experience
