The Finders is a long-standing healthcare organization seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst. In this role, you will facilitate turning data into information to drive business processes and ensure timely reporting to meet business needs and government healthcare requirements.
Responsibilities:
- May lead project team assignments of moderate scope requiring expert technical skills or good understanding of business functions
- Coaches, mentors and trains team members
- Key member of business analytics team requiring expert technical skills or good understanding of business functions. Documents the reporting process; works collaboratively with team members
- Responds under short turnaround times to provide data and answer detailed questions on data and trends
- Effectively educates end users on what reports mean by telling the story behind the report
- Develops, delivers, and maintains quality IT solutions to support business processes, in line with IT guidelines and architectures
- Balances clients' business requirements and preferred technical architecture
- Recommends creative and innovative solutions to business or technical problems
- Provides client support for operation systems consistent with service level agreements (SLA's)
- Ensures work is technically sound and in compliance with established quality and timeliness standards
- Simplifies or eliminates low value-added work processes
- Takes active steps to increase understanding of client's business environment, priorities and processes, and emerging technology issues
- Delivers analysis/reporting product and support while managing clients’ expectations
- Interfaces with customer and other departments to ensure project objectives are achieved. Interacts with vendors on routine testing matters
- Analyzes and identifies core business processes for application design
- Communicates issues openly, honestly, and timely with peers, management and customers
- Prepares and presents new initiatives to senior leadership to help obtain buy-in and support
- May work with vendors to clarify and resolve tool/software functionality issues
- Participates in the definition, implementation, and execution of best-practices
Requirements:
- Candidates reside full-time in one of the states listed
- Candidates be US Citizens
- Candidates be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation
- Candidates be able to hard wire equipment and have a dedicated work area at home with a door
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' experience in a Business Analyst or data analysis role – (7 years' experience without a degree)
- 3+ years' Salesforce experience is required
- Increasing involvement in moderate to complex projects
- Experience with process flow documentation and design
- 2+ years' experience in a healthcare environment a plus
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
