Agentic Engineer

Web3 OpenJobs is a fast-growing organization at the intersection of AI and financial infrastructure, seeking an Agentic Engineer to shape how autonomous agents interact with real-world systems. This role focuses on optimizing the agent interface to enable agents to coordinate, transact, and operate autonomously while maintaining safety and accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize frameworks that allow AI agents to interact with identity, payment, and trust protocols
• Define standards for agent-to-agent and agent-to-human communication, with emphasis on CLI/TUI and programmatic interfaces
• Collaborate with early partners to architect autonomous agent workflows leveraging verifiable governance systems
• Implement programmable governance logic to ensure agents follow predefined rules during autonomous operations and transactions
