OLLY PBC is part of the Wellbeing Collective, a Global Business Unit within Unilever, focused on improving health and wellbeing through innovative products. The Customer Supply Chain Manager will serve as a key contributor and strategic partner for Club customers, optimizing supply chain support and enhancing customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to Supply Chain expert for all things Club both internally and externally
- Customer Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Club customers on supply and execution. Build trust and grow relationships to better serve our partners
- Order Fulfillment: Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring all goals and targets are met. Address and resolve gaps quickly to ensure on time in full deliveries. Provide weekly reporting and insights specific to each brand and customer
- Inventory Management: Track and analyze inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize out of stocks. Collaborate with operations teams to manage inventory; collaborate with sales to influence the forecast
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key KPIs related to supply chain operations and customer satisfaction. Provide regular reports to the leadership team
- Best-In-Class Process: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency and customer service
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of CPG supply chain management or replenishment experience
- Strong customer-facing experience with club channel (Costco and Sam's Club preferred)
- Proficient in analyzing supply and order/shipment data sets to provide clear status updates and actionable insights
- Experience in tracking and reporting KPIs to cross functional groups: (OTIF, compliance, chargebacks)
- Ability to navigate multiple levels of an organization, and explain complex topics to non-expert stakeholders
- Experience managing external customer relationships within supply chain
- Relationship building, ability to lead through collaboration & influence vs. complete ownership
- Results oriented with a strong bias for action, ability to take the lead in developing tools & process
- Great organizational skills with an eye for consistency, quality and order
- Fantastic communication skills - listening, verbal, and written
- Ability to drive action independently and carry out responsibilities accurately and efficiently with minimal direction; enterprising in seeking new opportunities for the business
