Job Description:
Manages execution of complex technical programs using established methodologies. Focuses on Lead-to-Cash processes for Customer Support, Customer Success, and Service Delivery teams. Oversees a technology landscape including Salesforce, Gainsight, and AI platforms. Requires high-level cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution
- Scope and plan large-scale, cross-functional technology projects from start to finish.
- Form project teams and secure resource commitments from line managers.
- Select project methodologies and ensure team adherence to processes.
- Estimate project effort and manage budget acquisition.
- Lead project review meetings with Directors and VPs.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management.
- Associate s degree preferred.
- Experience with GTM tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight.
- Experience utilizing AI to improve individual and team productivity.
