
Role Overview
As a Field Technician, you will serve as the primary onsite point of contact for technical and service-related needs. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and repair of a variety of hardware, including laser printers, wide-format printers, kiosks, and POS systems. This is a customer-facing, travel-based role involving hands-on break/fix, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and project-based work.
