About this roleJob Summary We are seeking a senior, hands-on Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) Engineer to support a critical migration initiative focused on transitioning scan capture processes to KTA. This role involves leading implementation efforts, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows, and delivering scalable, standardized solutions within a defined timeline. The ideal candidate will have recent, production-level experience with KTA and a strong ability to drive execution in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Lead hands-on configuration and implementation of Kofax/Tungsten TotalAgility (KTA) for scan capture solutions Support migration of scan jobs to KTA while maintaining compatibility with downstream Kofax Capture workflows Design and standardize XML and image output formats for integration with existing systems Address integration challenges including signature detection and metadata consistency Collaborate with internal teams and offshore resources to align requirements and ensure timely delivery Develop reusable templates, patterns, and runbooks to improve migration efficiency Participate in cutover planning, validation, and quality assurance (scan integrity and metadata accuracy) Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to scan capture and workflow integration Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Kofax/Tungsten TotalAgility (KTA) Proven experience implementing KTA in production environments Experience with KTA version 7.9 or higher Experience integrating KTA with Kofax Capture, including batch classes and import connectors Strong understanding of scan capture workflows, including device-based scanning and document processing Experience handling XML and image formats such as TIFF and PDF Ability to design, configure, and troubleshoot solutions independently Strong communication skills and experience working in hybrid or distributed teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with Encapture (Imagine Solutions) Experience in financial services or banking environments Experience stabilizing or improving vendor-led implementations Familiarity with audit, traceability, and user identity considerations in document processing systems Education: Bachelors Degree
