$15 per hour to start
$17 per hour once Tech Level 3  is reached

As you progress from Tech Level 1 to Tech Level 3, you’ll demonstrate your knowledge through hands-on training, assessments, and quality assurance checks. Checking off these milestones is your path to a promotion and a pay increase of up to $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

Who you are:

• You are interested in beginning or growing your knowledge within a construction trade, with a willingness to develop hands-on skills and build a strong foundation for your career. You bring an ownership mindset, taking pride in your work and looking for ways to improve processes while remaining humble, coachable, and eager to learn. You are comfortable working independently when given clear direction and can take initiative to complete tasks effectively.
• You value professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality, with strong attention to detail and a willingness to develop your administrative skills. You are also flexible and approachable, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and collaborate well with different team members across the organization.

Requirements: What you will do as a Service Technician:

• Install safety posts and rails to secure job sites from hazards
• Record inventory and close out job orders on electronic devices
• Communicate with dispatch to increase routing efficiencies
• Maintain and use work trucks according to the company standards

What you will get as a Service Technician:

• 7 paid holidays
• 2 weeks (10 days) of paid time off, accrued in the first year

• 401k match up to 4% (after 1 year)
• $15 per hour (Tech I)
• $16 per hour (Tech II)
• $17 per hour (Tech III)
• Weekends and holidays off

What you will need:

• Proficiency in using mobile apps
• Valid driver’s license with 3 years of verifiable driving experience
• Team player, adept at working in a fast-paced and diverse work environment 
• Willingness to work until the job is completed
