The Graduate Admissions Associate plays a pivotal role in guiding prospective medical and veterinary students from initial engagement through enrollment. This is a consultative, student-facing role focused on building trust, providing expert guidance, and helping applicants confidently navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives. This position blends high-touch advising, structured evaluation, and conviction-building enrollment support. Graduate Admissions Associate serve as trusted partners to applicants, helping them understand program fit, readiness, and next steps, while also ensuring a smooth and supportive transition from acceptance to matriculation. Advisors may focus primarily on early-stage admissions (prospect through admissions decision) or late-stage enrollment (acceptance through census) based on team needs and individual strengths, while operating under a unified title and skill profile. Success in this role requires emotional intelligence, consultative communication skills, strong judgment, and the ability to guide students with both empathy and clarity.
Responsibilities
Support one or more of our three MedVet institutions: Ross University School of Medicine, Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, and the University of the Caribbean School of Medicine.
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $60,000.00 - $80,000.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
