As we continue to invest in technologies that empower our teams, we are seeking a motivated Technical Enablement Intern to help support training and adoption of our enterprise IT systems.
Position Summary
The Finance Intern plays a key role in supporting the Finance Department through financial analysis, reporting, and the development of clear documentation and standardized processes. This position offers hands-on exposure to corporate finance operations and enterprise systems while supporting initiatives that improve financial clarity, efficiency, and decision-making.
What You’ll Do
• Assist with the preparation, validation, and maintenance of financial reports and supporting analyses.
• Create, update, and organize financial documentation, job aids, and standard operating procedures related to finance processes and systems.
• Support forecasting, and planning activities through data gathering, reconciliation, and presentation support.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining finance documentation within shared repositories.
• Provide general support for finance-led training and process improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
Education:
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Experience & Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts in user friendly language.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Interest in corporate finance, financial systems, and business processes.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.
• Prior coursework or academic projects related to finance, analytics, or systems preferred.
Bonus Points:
• Exposure to financial systems, reporting tools, or analytics platforms
• Experience preparing presentations, documentation, or training materials
