The Village At Summerville is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Receptionist to join our team to create a warm hospitality experience for all our residents, staff and visitors. In this position, you will enjoy working with a passionate team to provide quality service throughout our community.

What You'll Do:

Greet residents, families, visitors, prospective residents and other people with business in the community.
Answer the telephone.
Handle office and resident mail, and packages.
Assist with marketing functions as needed, capturing information for contacts.
Schedule meeting spaces and guest rooms for residents, staff, and visitors and notifies appropriate department of need for food, furniture arrangements, etc. if applicable.
Coordinate maintenance repair requisitions.
Prepare orientation booklets for new residents and employees if applicable.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What We are Looking For:

High school diploma or GED
Financial or office experience
Valid driver’s license issued by the State of South Carolina
Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
