
Job Summary: The Clinical Pharmacist in Training is responsible for the appropriate and accurate drug distribution to hospital inpatients and out-patients under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Evaluates appropriateness of drug regimen and ensures timely preparation and delivery. Oversees work of Pharmacy Technicians and serves as a resource to department and other hospital staff under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
Specifications: Must have an active pharmacy intern license for state of RI. The Clinical Pharmacist in Training is in the final year of school at an accredited school of pharmacy. Hospital experience preferred.
