Project Manager

GE HealthCare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator. In this role, you will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project-related activities and resources.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Non‑Turnkey or Product/Equipment‑Only projects, ensuring effective supervision and coordination of project resources for small- to medium-scale initiatives. These may involve equipment-only deliveries, product suites, or non‑turnkey project scopes
• Expand and apply technical expertise within your discipline to support the execution of policies and strategies. May include contributing in specialized technical areas while continuing to develop advanced skills
• Possess a foundational understanding of key business drivers and use this knowledge to complete assigned tasks. Demonstrate awareness of how your work and your team’s output align with and support broader organizational goals
• Exercise a moderate level of decision-making autonomy within established frameworks. Address issues requiring solid technical insight and sound judgment, while consulting senior team members for situations beyond defined guidelines
• Utilize strong interpersonal skills and potentially lead junior staff. In customer-facing responsibilities, build and maintain productive customer relationships, acting as the primary liaison between the customer and GEHC. Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively

Requirements:

• Civil Engineer with over 4+ years of project management experience in healthcare projects and/or interior fit‑out works
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to plan, document, promote, and execute programs effectively
