Salesforce Developer

Myriddian, LLC is a physician-owned firm dedicated to delivering high-quality, customized solutions for a diverse range of clients in both the commercial and government sectors nationwide. They are seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Developer with strong Technical Architect expertise to support the design, development, and integration of complex Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical architecture leadership for Salesforce Health Cloud–based solutions, including system design, development, integration, documentation, and implementation
• Deliver high-level functional and technical systems analysis for complex Salesforce, MuleSoft, and related platform implementations
• Design and guide enterprise-grade integrations, data models, and solution architectures across Salesforce and external systems
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and stakeholders, presenting system implementation and operational options
• Leverage deep Salesforce platform expertise to reduce program risk and improve overall project success
• Collaborate across functional roles, which may include Technical Architect, Data Architect, and Integration Architect responsibilities
• Support development best practices, security standards, and platform governance, particularly in regulated or government environments
• Contribute to multiple complex, high-impact projects requiring advanced and highly specialized technical analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 6–10 years of relevant software engineering experience
• OR
• Master's degree in a related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Six (6) years of relevant technical experience overall
• Five (5) years working on multiple, complex projects involving difficult, complex, or highly specialized analysis
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Health Cloud
• Strong knowledge of platform architecture, integration patterns, and enterprise system design
• Experience providing technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle
• Experience working with enterprise and/or government systems
• Prior Systems Development inside the Department of Work (DoW) experience
• Current or active security clearance
• MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platform experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with DoD and DHA security frameworks, including:
• FedRAMP High
• DoD SRG (Impact Levels 4–6)
• NIST 800-53 / 800-171 controls
