Cybersecurity Project Manager (Oil & Gas Domain)

Hireteq Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support cybersecurity initiatives for a large refinery organization. This role operates in an Agile environment and requires strong coordination with plant-level IT teams across 24/7 industrial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cybersecurity-focused projects in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Collaborate with plant-level IT teams to drive project execution and adoption
• Support implementation of cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and initiatives (e.g., rubric, governance standards)
• Ensure alignment with operational requirements in continuous, high-availability environments
• Facilitate communication across technical and business stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Agile/Scrum environments
• Background in industrial settings (petrochemical, refinery, or large 24/7 process facilities)
• Experience managing cybersecurity-related projects or initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across distributed teams
