JPS Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer with strong expertise in the technical design and implementation of Service Cloud and Agentforce solutions. This role requires a hands-on technical leader to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance global contact center operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce solutions
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce applications
- Develop and customize Salesforce functionality using Apex, LWC, Advanced Flows, and configurations
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines
- Optimize solutions to improve contact center efficiency, automation, and agent productivity
- Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Salesforce environments
- Support integrations and data flows between Salesforce and external systems
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and release teams to ensure smooth deployments
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Lead Developer or Senior Salesforce Developer
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Advanced Flows
- Strong experience with Salesforce customizations, configurations, and technical design
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with global contact center environments is a strong plus
