Zira is a fast-growing AI startup transforming the pallet, lumber, and industrial manufacturing sectors. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure successful deployments, drive adoption, and help customers achieve measurable improvements through their AI Vision platform.
Responsibilities:
- Own the customer relationship from onboarding through expansion, ensuring long-term engagement and value realization
- Lead deployments across pallet and sawmill facilities, coordinating with internal AI engineers and field teams
- Analyze customer workflows, production needs, and operational pain points to tailor the solution.s
- Provide hands-on training to plant managers and operators
- Monitor customer performance, create actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement
- Manage weekly check-ins and QBRs with customers to ensure KPI alignment and ROI
- Act as an internal customer advocate by surfacing feedback, challenges, and feature requests
- Support new use-case development and cross-selling opportunities
