Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously from initiation through completion
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, schedules, and budgets in alignment with organizational goals
- Coordinate and collaborate with offshore and onshore delivery teams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and executive leadership
- Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure adherence to project governance and compliance with internal methodologies and best practices
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, or related field (master's preferred)
- 12+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing multiple concurrent projects
- Experience managing offshore teams, particularly in India, Eastern Europe, or APAC regions
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology or business transformation projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certification
- Experience working in sectors like IT services, software development, fintech, or consulting
- Familiarity with tools and platforms like Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or SharePoint
- Experience with budgeting and financial tracking for multi-million-dollar projects
