Dexory is a company focused on delivering innovative solutions in logistics. The Deployment Engineer will be responsible for ensuring a seamless sales, integration, and deployment process for their products, requiring travel across North America to deploy robots at warehouse sites.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary customer contact for the deployment and installation of hardware and software platforms
- Coordinate with customers to plan and schedule installations, incorporating mechanical, electrical, software, and network components
- Conduct on-site visits to execute system setup, configuration, calibration, and troubleshooting in accordance with project specifications
- Develop, maintain, and update installation, deployment, operational, and troubleshooting documentation for both customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain effective communication with customers to resolve technical issues and ensure successful completion of deployment activities
Requirements:
- Comprehensive technical understanding of computer systems, with prior experience in autonomous hardware systems or computer vision applications preferred
- Proven hands-on experience with hardware in operational environments, including system assembly, disassembly, and on-site debugging
