Job Overview:
Pay Range: $15.85hr - $20.85hr
Responsibilities:
- Support inventory control and order processing activities within distribution operations.
- Audit inventory across systems (Manhattan, SAP, ADMS) to ensure data accuracy and balance.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies during daily order processing.
- Process rejected, expired, and short-dated products, including support for destruction, rework, or quarantine activities.
- Resolve orders on hold due to inventory status and cancel orders as required.
- Monitor system error logs across Manhattan, ADMS, and SAP, and resolve or escalate issues.
- Compile, analyze, and report key performance indicators for distribution operations.
- Support training activities for employees and assist in onboarding processes.
- Manage customer order queues and release deliveries to meet shipping expectations.
- Provide support to Distribution and Receiving teams during peak demand periods.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems and maintain effectiveness of quality processes.
- Work across multiple sites as required.
Required Skills And Experience:
- Experience with inventory systems such as Manhattan, SAP, or ADMS.
- Ability to analyze data, investigate discrepancies, and resolve operational issues.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Experience working with complex computer applications and multiple operating environments (Windows, DOS, Mainframe).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel and Lotus Notes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with good interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of warehousing, logistics, shipping, and transportation workflows.
- Ability to work in cold storage/freezer environments (-20 C or colder).
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience handling customer interactions via inbound/outbound calls.
- Demonstrated ability to provide accurate information with patience, tact, and empathy.
- Ability to manage call handling with speed and accuracy.
