Overview
We are seeking an experienced UX Designer / UX Researcher with proven expertise in Customer Loyalty programs to support a highvisibility initiative. The ideal candidate has designed or researched user experiences for loyalty ecosystems such as rewards programs, membership tiers, points systems, redemptions, partner integrations, or customer engagement journeys.
This is an urgent requirement, and we are prioritizing candidates who can demonstrate platformlevel loyalty experience and provide portfolio samples showcasing relevant work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX design and/or research efforts for a new or enhanced Customer Loyalty program.
- Conduct user research, customer interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing focused on loyalty behaviors.
- Translate insights into wireframes, flows, prototypes, and experience recommendations.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and data teams to define loyalty features and user journeys.
- Evaluate existing loyalty experiences and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and redemption flows.
- Ensure designs align with loyalty program rules, tiers, rewards logic, and backend platform capabilities.
- Present findings and design rationale to stakeholders and leadership.
Required Experience
- 3 7+ years in UX design, UX research, or a hybrid role.
- Mandatory: Direct experience working on Customer Loyalty programs (B2C, retail, travel, hospitality, ecommerce, or subscription).
- Handson experience with loyalty platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating loyaltyspecific work (flows, research insights, prototypes, dashboards, etc.).
- Experience designing for:
- Points earning/redemption
- Tier progression
- Rewards catalogs
- Member dashboards
- Personalization and engagement journeys
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in fastpaced environments.
Nice to Have
- Background in behavioral design or customer engagement strategy.
