We are hiring a Junior Incident Manager to support IT incident coordination for a Federal project. This role will focus on managing incident lifecycles, minimizing service disruptions, and ensuring timely resolution through collaboration with IT teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end incident management and ensure quick resolution
- Provide real-time status updates to stakeholders during incidents
- Work with internal teams and vendors to restore services
- Ensure compliance with ITSM/ITIL processes and SLAs
- Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills:
- 1 3 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or incident management
- Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (ITIL preferred)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
- W2's ONLY
Nice to Have:
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Experience in government/DoD environments
