Role Summary
A leading organization is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with data leadership and cross-functional teams to support data initiatives, uncover trends, and help build a strong data-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Translate business requirements into data analysis and present findings clearly to stakeholders
- Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with business and technology teams on data-driven initiatives
- Support data quality, governance, and documentation efforts
- Perform ad hoc data analysis as needed
- Identify data gaps and recommend improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field
- 8 10 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with Python, R, or Databricks
- Understanding of data modeling concepts
- Experience in the insurance domain
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
