About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Supply Chain Planning expert to lead a strategic assessment and transformation initiative for a large enterprise client with a complex global supply chain environment.
The client currently operates multiple ERP systems, including Oracle Cloud, JD Edwards, and E-Business Suite, along with planning platforms such as Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud, Demantra, ASCP/ACP, and DDMRP.
The objective is to consolidate these systems into a unified, future-ready supply chain planning platform. The engagement begins with a critical assessment phase and transitions into a Solution Lead role for a large-scale transformation program.
Key Responsibilities
Assessment Phase (3 4 Weeks)
- Lead an end-to-end assessment of existing supply chain planning applications and processes across multiple business units
- Conduct onsite workshops with business stakeholders, supply chain leaders, and IT teams
- Analyze planning system usage across the organization
- Analyze manufacturing and operational models
- Analyze supply chain constraints and dependencies
- Analyze integration touchpoints with ERP systems
- Identify overlaps, inefficiencies, and consolidation opportunities across 6 7 planning systems
- Define a future-state architecture centered on Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud
- Develop a phased transformation roadmap (10 18 months)
- Prepare a detailed Statement of Work (SOW), including:
- Implementation strategy
- Project plan and timelines
- Resource model and skill requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning
- Strong expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud (SCP)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Demantra
- ASCP / ACP
- DDMRP
- Experience in:
- Large-scale supply chain transformation or system consolidation programs
- Multi-ERP environments (Oracle Cloud, JD Edwards, EBS)
