We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery and transformation initiatives across enterprise programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of transitioning teams from Waterfall to Agile, driving organizational agility, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership, coaching expertise, and the ability to align technology delivery with business objectives

Required Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience as a Senior Scrum Master in enterprise Agile environments.

· Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean).

· Proven success in Agile transformations , improving delivery rates, reducing costs, and enhancing team efficiency.

· Experience with DevOps practices , CI/CD pipelines, and cloud modernization.

· Skilled in stakeholder management , backlog refinement, and program execution.

· Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

Education

· Master of Science in Information Technology

· Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
