Our internships are unique in that you will work on a substantial project with one-on-one guidance from one of our many experts in the Animal Health Regulatory field.  You will have the opportunity to network with other students in our program  as well as get exposure to senior leaders in our company and our parent company, Colgate-Palmolive. And you’ll get paid while you learn! In your downtime, learn how to network and ask our leaders about their experiences to gain greater perspective and learn how you can fit into our family.

Qualifications

• Must be current student, in good academic standing, post-second year or higher, and seeking a degree in Marketing, Communications or Design

• Minimum 3.0 overall GPA

• Ability to work in the United States on a permanent and unlimited basis 

Regulatory Affairs at Hill’s is committed to providing global brand equity, continuous improvement and compliance with best in class Regulatory insight, while maximizing opportunity throughout the product lifecycle. Regulatory uses a wide variety of global and local resources and information to comply with applicable regulations and to help ensure pet health. Whether it is raw materials/ingredients, processing, product claims, packaging development, product export, or anything in between, Regulatory Affairs provides a plethora of opportunities for internship projects.

• Potential projects include:  Developing a packaging hierarchy system to inform design layouts across all SKUs using Veeva or Trident Zen technology platforms 

 

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $23.50 - $29.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
