RCI-XYLM1-239 Business Analyst (Salesforce) NC REMOTE

Rangam is a company seeking a Business Analyst to work remotely with a focus on Salesforce solutions. The role involves translating business requirements into actionable outcomes, designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze data.

Responsibilities:

• This role is working with business partners to translate business requirements into salesforce actionable outcomes
• Design and implementation of salesforce, support day to day enhancements
• Working with existing Salesforce team (7-10 people)
• Define functional solutions and create technical solutions to business problems utilizing the Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience Cloud
• Meet with business stakeholders and partners to gather requirements and analyze data to develop solutions
• Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented functionality
• Test and document new functionality for business stakeholders
• Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems procedures, functions or organizational changes

Requirements:

• Experience working with business partners to translate business requirements into Salesforce actionable outcomes
• Experience in design and implementation of Salesforce
• Ability to support day-to-day enhancements in Salesforce
• Experience working with existing Salesforce teams

• Ability to document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems procedures, functions or organizational changes
