Requirements:
- 2–3 years of customer service experience
- Comfortable handling phone support
- Comfortable handling email support
- Comfortable handling chat support
- Strong communication skills (clear, professional)
- Basic computer proficiency (especially Microsoft Office)
- Ability to troubleshoot issues (not just escalate immediately)
- Ability to identify root causes
- Ability to use helpdesk tools like ServiceNow
- Ability to manage multiple tickets efficiently (time management is key)
- Handling difficult customers without losing patience
- Good problem-solving mindset
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Team-oriented (works with account managers)
- Remote role
- Training: 3–6 months (fixed schedule)
- After training: Rotational shifts (including weekends)
