Project/Program Manager

Aditi Consulting is seeking a Project/Program Manager to organize, lead, and oversee activities in UX design, content, research, and publishing teams. The role involves coordinating projects, creating timelines, and ensuring that the UX team meets deadlines and stays within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals
• Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures
• Provide cost estimates
• Design and execute project schedule

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• 3-5 years' experience required working with UX teams
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
• Knowledge of computer software, such as Smartsheet, Jira, Planview
