The Staff Salesforce DevOps Engineer will lead the release lifecycle by architecting a CI/CD framework for Salesforce deployments, driving automation and integration of AI-driven practices to ensure high-quality releases.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and evolve the global CI/CD framework for complex Salesforce deployments, driving advanced automation and self-service tooling for scale
- Lead cross-application release management across Salesforce, NetSuite, AWS, and other Business Systems, ensuring high-velocity delivery in an enterprise ecosystem
- Provide technical leadership in resolving systemic deployment challenges and architecting environment strategies including refreshes and data access governance
- Act as a technical liaison for Business Systems, Engineering, and Operations, having an understanding of roadmaps and how their dependencies and schedules align
- Provide deep technical support for releases, incident response, and major system upgrades
- Leverage cutting edge AI tools to enhance your development workflow, improve velocity, and help pioneer new approaches to building - contributing to a culture of innovation and productivity across the team
Requirements:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, DevOps, or Systems Engineering
- Deep expertise in Salesforce CI/CD architecture and enterprise-scale release management (e.g., Copado, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Architectural ownership of complex automation tooling and integration strategies across a diverse tech stack (Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, etc.)
- Experience with version control tools (GitHub preferred) and at least one development language (e.g., Python or Java)
- Proven experience utilizing Generative AI or Copilot-style tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) for improving development, testing, or operations workflows
- Experience with any of the following Enterprise Applications: Netsuite, Workato, RevPro
- Direct experience leading high-risk migration projects, such as large-scale DocuSign/namespace changes
- Experience with performance testing tools, logging and monitoring (Datadog/Splunk), and data masking
