Autodesk is a company that helps innovators turn their ideas into reality through their software. They are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to support pipeline growth in the META region, focusing on identifying and qualifying leads to establish long-term client partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted outreach via phone, email, and social channels to identify and engage qualified prospects
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria and hand off to Account Executives
- Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Collaborate with marketing to support regional campaigns and events
- Stay informed about industry trends, regional market dynamics, and competitive positioning
- Meet and exceed KPIs including call volume, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of sales or business development experience in the B2B tech or SaaS industry
- Fluent in English and Arabic, Turkish is a plus
- Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills
- Familiarity with the META region's business culture and sales practices
- Self-motivated with a proactive and resilient attitude
