Tria Federal is seeking a Senior-Level Salesforce Developer to support their federal client, the Center of Medicare and Medicaid Services. This role focuses on building scalable Salesforce solutions using modern engineering practices and involves leading development efforts and mentoring junior developers.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple orgs
- Lead development of complex features using Apex, LWC, and integrations
- Own CI/CD processes using Copado, including pipeline design and optimization
- Perform code reviews and enforce design patterns and best practices
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft or APIs
- Configure and manage static code analysis of Salesforce code (e.g., Checkmarx, Snyc) and remediation of bugs
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
- Collaborate with architects on enterprise-level design decisions
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, integrations, and large-scale implementations
- Experience with Copado or similar DevOps tools
- Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Streaming)
- Experience with middleware integrations (MuleSoft preferred)
- Platform Developer II and JavaScript certifications
- Experience in regulated environments (CMS, Federal)
- Experience with DevSecOps tools (Checkmarx, Snyk, etc.)
- Knowledge or experience of Agentforce and Data360
