Junior DevOps Engineer_ Full stack

Cotiviti is seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer to join their engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining innovative software products while mentoring less experienced engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, test and maintain our innovative software products
• Take ownership of features and components
• Extend existing systems and components as the business grows
• Utilize test-driven development approach to deliver commercial quality code
• Integrate the software artifacts with CI/CD frameworks
• Mentor less experienced engineers
• Perform code and design reviews

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required
• 5+ years of hands-on coding experience in Java or C# and Web Development
• Hands on knowledge and work experience with one of RDBMS: MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with Linux, containerization, Kubernetes clusters and related tooling is a big plus
• Knowledge of AWS or other cloud-based platforms is a plus
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS, XSLT, XSD
• Understand and apply quality techniques and practices (automated unit testing, Test Driven Design/Development, java performance analysis, continuous integration)
• Experience with tools like Maven, Git, Gradle
• Knowledge on Angular is a plus
