Forward Deployed Engineer

Acceler8 Talent is a fast-growing, AI-native company applying real-time data and machine learning to transform a major industry. The Forward Deployed Engineer will own deployments in live customer environments, work directly with users to solve complex problems, and bridge the gap between engineering, product, and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Own deployments end-to-end in real customer environments
• Work directly with users to solve messy, ambiguous problems
• Build across systems, integrations, and data pipelines
• Act as the bridge between engineering, product, and customers
• Turn real-world feedback into product and system improvements

Requirements:

• Strong engineers who can build and adapt quickly (Python, Java, TypeScript, etc.)
• Experience with systems, integrations, or data-heavy environments
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with high ownership
• Ability to work directly with customers and understand real needs
• Engineers who care about impact, not just implementation
