Position Overview

This role is part of a team responsible for maintaining and supporting all technical aspects of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. The Solutions Architect will handle technical configurations, evaluate quarterly releases across ERP, EPM, and HCM modules, and coordinate testing and validation with business teams.

The role requires close collaboration with implementation partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business processes and IT standards. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud, strong leadership abilities, and a proactive approach in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical configurations, including fast formulas, custom fields, and system performance optimization.
• Evaluate Oracle Fusion quarterly releases, assess impact, and coordinate testing with business teams.
• Lead end-to-end testing (test plans, scripts, execution).
• Design and implement custom security roles; conduct regular security audits.
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and integrity of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and Oracle on maintenance schedules and outages.
• Implement best practices to enhance functionality, security, and system reliability.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with Security, Network, Service Desk, and external teams.
• Develop functional and technical specifications for integrations and custom applications.
• Document system requirements and process workflows.
• Mentor and train team members on Oracle Fusion Cloud management.
• Manage OCI configurations, including SSO, data encryption, SSL certificates, and related tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of ERP administration experience.
• 5+ years as a Solutions Architect for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, EPM, and/or HCM).
• Strong expertise in:
• Oracle Fusion configurations, custom fields, and fast formulas
• Integration with other Fusion modules and third-party systems
• Oracle Fusion data dictionary and object relationships
• Experience leading full lifecycle projects: Requirements Design Testing Deployment
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) configurations
• Expertise in security roles and workflow setup
• Strong business acumen in Finance / HR / Payroll
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to stay current with emerging technologies

Work Schedule

• Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• After Hours / Weekends / Holidays: Emergency only
• Onsite Requirement: Mandatory
