Sign Installation / Seal & Stripe Laborers

Description

Kalos Services is looking for dependable, hard-working Sign Installation / Seal & Stripe Laborers to support our growing sign installation and parking lot maintenance division. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, traveling to different job sites, and being part of a fast-paced, production-driven team.

You will assist with installing signage, sealing asphalt, and striping parking lots across multiple project locations. If you can handle physical work, follow direction, and show up ready to work, this is a strong opportunity with consistent hours and growth potential.

Schedule:  Night Shift - Sunday - Thursday 40/60 hours weekly 

Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly based on experience

Travel and Lodging: Some projects require out of town stays in a hotel or Kalos provided room each work week for the duration of the project. The ability to be flexible with travel is a requirement of the role. 

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of commercial signage (posts, panels, and structural components) 
• Perform asphalt sealcoating and parking lot striping 
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to job sites 
• Prepare surfaces for sealcoating and striping (cleaning, blowing, prepping areas) 
• Operate basic hand tools and jobsite equipment 
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment 
• Travel regularly (including overnight stays as needed) 

Requirements

• Willingness and ability to travel regularly for work 
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor (lifting 50+ lbs, standing for long periods, working outdoors) 
• Reliable transportation to meet crew or get to designated travel points 
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team 
• Strong work ethic and consistent attendance 

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with sealcoating, striping, or construction labor 
• Experience using line striping machines or sealcoat spray systems 
• CDL or experience towing trailers
