The Enterprise Sales & Growth Consultant will be responsible for lead generation, managing outbound sales efforts, and building long-term client relationships in the fields of AI and Data Engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify, research, and generate qualified leads across target markets (USA, APAC, Middle East, etc.)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise prospects in AI, Data Engineering, and Cloud domains
- Leverage LinkedIn, cold outreach, email campaigns, events, and personal networks to drive opportunities
- Initiate and manage outbound sales efforts (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls with decision-makers (CXO, VP, Directors)
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and project scope
- Clearly articulate Naveera’s offerings in:
- Generative AI & AI/ML solutions
- Data Engineering & Modern Data Stack
- Cloud & Digital Transformation services
- Align client pain points with tailored solution proposals
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain CRM updates, track deal progress, and forecast revenue pipeline
- Collaborate with internal technical teams for proposals, estimations, and solutioning
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients
- Act as a trusted advisor for AI/Data transformation initiatives
- Drive repeat business and account expansion opportunities
- Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and revenue targets
- Improve conversion rates from lead → qualified opportunity → closure
- Continuously optimize outreach and sales strategies
- Stay updated on enterprise AI, data engineering, and cloud trends
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and industry verticals
- Provide feedback to leadership on market demand and competitive positioning
