Product Designer | Remote

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Product Designer to join their team in a flexible remote position. The role involves designing end-to-end creative and product design workflows, developing design outputs, and evaluating design quality across various workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end creative and product design workflows to evaluate model performance
• Build scenarios across visual design, brand systems, UX flows, and creative operations
• Develop and assess design outputs including wireframes, prototypes, and marketing assets
• Create and review design artifacts such as specifications, brand guidelines, and creative briefs
• Evaluate outputs based on design quality, reasoning, and execution across multi-step workflows

Requirements:

• Strong experience in visual design, brand design, product design, UX, or creative operations
• Strong experience in tools and systems such as Figma, Sketch, design systems, or prototyping workflows
• Strong experience in creating and interpreting design artifacts (wireframes, prototypes, specs, guidelines)
• Strong visual communication and ability to articulate design decisions step by step
• Ability to work on complex, long-horizon design challenges with sustained focus
