Procom is seeking a Project Manager to support Workday Student implementation and related initiatives. The role involves coordinating activities across Workday modules, managing vendor deliverables, and overseeing testing cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Support Workday Student implementation and post‑implementation initiatives, including admissions, student records, curriculum management, academic progress, and integrations
- Coordinate SIS‑related activities across Workday modules (e.g., HCM dependencies, security, reporting, integrations)
- Track and manage vendor deliverables, implementation timelines, and issue resolution related to Workday Student
- Support testing cycles including system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go‑live readiness
Requirements:
- Support Workday Student implementation and post‑implementation initiatives, including admissions, student records, curriculum management, academic progress, and integrations
- Coordinate SIS‑related activities across Workday modules (e.g., HCM dependencies, security, reporting, integrations)
- Track and manage vendor deliverables, implementation timelines, and issue resolution related to Workday Student
- Support testing cycles including system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go‑live readiness
- Previous experience as project manager running a complex multi year project
