Senior SAP APM

MCubeSoft is seeking a Senior SAP APM / SAP Commissions Developer who will be a hands-on technical contributor responsible for the design, development, integration, and support of SAP Agent Performance Management solutions. The role involves collaborating with customers and offshore teams to deliver high-quality SAP Commissions solutions aligned with business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and enhance SAP APM / SAP Commissions solutions independently
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Write and maintain Groovy scripts and SQL queries to support SAP APM functionality
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SAP APM reports, including Jasper Reports
• Support and manage SAP APM integration touchpoints with upstream and downstream systems
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects and production issues efficiently
• Review and analyze large data volumes to validate accuracy and system performance
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation aligned with functional requirements
• Collaborate with offshore teams by providing technical guidance and implementation specifications
• Mentor junior team members and support faster issue resolution
• Work directly with customers to respond to ad-hoc technical inquiries and support needs
• Ensure solutions follow organizational standards, best practices, and compliance requirements
