Backend Java Engineer (only W2)

Nasscomm is seeking a Backend Java Engineer to join their team. The role involves troubleshooting and debugging Java-based applications, performing SQL queries, and resolving issues in GCP/GKE environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and debug Java-based applications
• Perform Java development and debugging for backend applications
• Perform SQL queries to support issue investigation
• Monitor and resolve issues in GCP/GKE environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during incident triage
• Manage multiple priorities

Requirements:

• Strong Java and backend troubleshooting experience
• Production incident triage experience
• Working knowledge of GCP, GKE, and Kubernetes basics
• SQL knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Self-driven and adaptable to change
• Retail or POS domain experience
