COIL is a nationwide leader in turn-key EV charging solutions, dedicated to accelerating the adoption of zero-emission technologies. They are seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and improve electrical systems and power distribution for EV charging infrastructure, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting power systems analysis
- Reviewing project specifications
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
- Troubleshooting electrical systems during installations
Requirements:
- Strong foundation in Electrical Design, Electrical Engineering, Electrical estimating, and Electricity principles
- Experience with Power Systems, Power Distribution, BESS, Micro Grid, and related technologies
- Ability to analyze electrical requirements and develop innovative solutions for EV charging infrastructure
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations within the electrical industry
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required
- Master's degree is a plus
- Professional engineering license (PE) preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in renewable energy or EV infrastructure is an advantage
