Dayforce is a global human capital management company headquartered in Toronto and Minneapolis. They are seeking a Marketing Project Specialist Sr to manage Marketing Automation projects, streamline workflows, and ensure timely execution while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Review, prioritize, assign, and oversee Marketing Automation projects to drive efficiency and eliminate redundancies
- Partner closely with Marketing Automation leads and marketers to enable scalable and streamlined execution
- Manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are accurate, on track, and aligned with expectations
- Proactively identify risks, solve problems, and recommend solutions to keep projects moving forward
- Communicate project updates, changes, and risks clearly to stakeholders in a timely manner
- Collaborate cross-functionally with shared services teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and enable success
- Analyze project submissions and performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency
- Support compliance with GDPR, CCPA, CASL, CAN-SPAM, and proper handling of PII
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support team objectives
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of project management and marketing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong project management skills including organizing, analyzing, and reporting on data with actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong time management, prioritization, and deadline management skills
- High accuracy in project setup and timeline management across marketing teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and provide solutions
- Proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to continuously learn and improve
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Experience in B2B marketing communications
- Hands-on experience with Marketo and/or Salesforce
- Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and process changes
