Red Cell Partners is an incubation firm focused on building and investing in technology-led companies in healthcare, cyber, and national security. They are seeking a GTM Engineer to build and operate the go-to-market engine for their AI platform, Trase, which streamlines AI adoption in enterprise settings. The role involves engineering systems for outreach and pipeline management, utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Build and operate Clay workflows that research, enrich, and score 121+ target hospital accounts automatically
- Configure intent signals (Unify) and respond to buying triggers—new CMIO hires, AI strategy announcements, RFPs—within 4 hours with AI-personalized outreach
- Design and optimize Apollo outreach sequences; A/B test messaging; track conversion rates by tier and channel
- Build the pre-conference outreach machine for ASTRO, HIMSS, and ACRO—scheduling 15–25 meetings before each event
- Generate AI-powered meeting prep briefs and post-call follow-ups so senior sellers stay focused on closing
- Maintain Salesforce as the source of truth and report weekly on what’s working, what’s not, and what’s changing
- Document everything you build so this function can scale
Requirements:
- 2–4 years in B2B sales, sales ops, rev ops, or growth—and you were the person who built the systems, not just used them
- Hands-on with Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, or similar GTM tooling. You've configured workflows, not just run someone else's sequences
- Systems thinker. You see a manual process and immediately design how to automate it
- Strong writer. Your outreach reads like a human did two hours of research—because an AI did, and you shaped the message
- Comfortable working independently at an early-stage company. You won't be closely managed
- Healthcare or health-tech experience—you know what a CMIO is and how health system procurement works
- Technical depth beyond no-code: SQL, Python, or API experience for custom data pipelines
- You've built a GTM system from scratch, not just operated one that was already running
