The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand and business outcomes by crafting and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with the company's vision and are delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
- Craft bold and distinct consumer marketing campaigns and initiatives that stand out and help cement Life360 as the #1 app for making everyday family life better
- Develop campaign briefs rooted in strong consumer insight, creativity and strategic thinking
- Manage the full campaign development timeline and process, ensuring activities and campaigns are delivered on time, and with excellence
- Ensure strong connectivity of our messaging, creative cohesion across the funnel, and adherence to brand guidelines and ambition
- In partnership with our Marketing Planning & Ops team, build out “ways of working” and appropriate processes for our Integrated Marketing discipline
- Partner with business group leaders to ensure Integrated Marketing activities reflect their broader vision and priorities
- Identify and help craft optimal brand partnerships and collaborations
- Work with Marketing Analytics to execute and socialize the evaluation of your efforts, aligned with goals set forth in the brief
Requirements:
- 8+ years of successful experience in full funnel marketing
- Deep knowledge of and experience with brand and demand creation strategies and tactics. You have a broad understanding, in particular, of various media channels and their optimal use
- Incredible creativity. We are not looking for someone to run 'a playbook'. You are bold and risk tolerant in your campaign strategies and have the track record to prove it
- Deep understanding of marketing insights & analytics methodologies and tools, from brand lift measurement to marketing mix and econometric modeling and beyond
- Exceptional x-functional collaborator
- Stellar communicator. Can distill complex stories down and communicate persuasively in both written and verbal modalities
- While data-informed, must also embrace the grayscale nature of marketing and complement empiricism with judgment and intuition
- Someone who truly buys into our values
- Experience in the consumer app space
- Subscription marketing experience
