Clariness is a company focused on accelerating medical innovation by improving patient recruitment for clinical trials. They are seeking a Medical Customer Service Representative to manage communication between doctors and patients, ensuring a seamless experience in the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Representing our company by being the contact person for our patients
- Screening patients (no sales calls, pure customer service)
- Being part of the team, where your main task is to help doctors and patients to connect with each other
Requirements:
- You speak Polish (mother-tongue) and English
- You have worked as a Nurse, CRA, or a position in the medical field
- You might need to call patients and follow a strict screener
- You have an understanding of medical topics
- You have initial experience in handling customers' requests via phone and email, ideally, you have even already worked in a Call Center before
- You are well-organized and a confident communicator with the desire to provide a first-class service to customers
- You can work in the morning, noon, afternoon and if necessary evening time
